How should I prepare for my massage?
You may keep your underwear on if you prefer, but the most comfortable option is to use the disposable briefs provided.
I don't know which massage to choose — can you help?
Of course. We'll ask you a few questions: the aim of the treatment, areas of tension, preferred pressure, and any contraindications. We'll then guide you towards the most suitable massage.
Which massage should I choose to relax?
For overall relaxation, we recommend a Classic or Oriental massage — enveloping and fluid. It's ideal for letting go, reducing stress and enjoying a peaceful moment.
Which massage should I choose for muscle tension?
A deeper or more targeted massage may be advised, depending on your comfort level and the areas to be worked on. Please mention your tension points when booking and to your therapist before the session. A sports or therapeutic massage is recommended.
Can I choose the pressure of the massage?
Yes. The pressure can be adjusted during the treatment. Please don't hesitate to say if you'd like it softer, firmer, or if a particular area is sensitive.
Which duration should I choose — short or long?
A shorter treatment is good for targeting a specific area or trying a massage for the first time. A longer session allows for more thorough work and a deeper sense of relaxation.
Are there any contraindications for massage?
Yes — certain conditions require medical advice or adaptation: fever, infection, phlebitis, recent surgery, pregnancy, heart problems, ongoing medical treatment, or significant pain. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.
Do you offer pregnancy massages?
Some massages can be adapted for pregnancy. Please let us know the stage of your pregnancy when booking so we can confirm whether the treatment is suitable. We do not recommend massage before 3 months or after 7 months.
Do I need to talk during the massage?
Only if you want to. The most important thing is to let us know your preferred pressure, any pain, discomfort, areas to avoid, or if the temperature is uncomfortable.
What products do you use?
For body treatments, we use Equatoria and LPG. For facial treatments, we use Alpinage and LPG.
