  • Cross Training: Training with functional exercise sequences mixing cardio and muscle strengthening
  • Gym Seniors: Improves balance, coordination, agility and rhythm
  • Back Gym: Stretches and strengthens the back
  • Indoor Cycling: A real cardio and muscle workout on bikes
  • Pilates: Gently works muscles to improve flexibility and tone
  • Yoga: An all-round muscle work-out, which improves flexibility associated with good breathing
